Mandate: Marketing is responsible for driving awareness and activation. Our role is to increase recognition of our brand, generate demand for our solution, and make it easy for people to understand, trust, and take action on what we offer.
We do this by:
Shaping how we show up in the market through clear positioning and messaging.
Educating buyers with content that meets them where they are - from problem-aware to product-ready.
Running campaigns that attract, nurture, and convert interest into action.
Managing all go-to-market assets - from the website to pitch decks, demos, ads, blogs, and PR.
Supporting the full buying journey with materials that remove friction and help people confidently take the next step.
Cadence:
Weekly Sales & Marketing team meetings focused on pipeline growth, conversion rates, and overall sales and marketing metrics.
We also run marketing standups every Tuesday (9am) and Thursday (9:30am)
