Sales & Marketing Team

Mandate: The Sales & Marketing team is responsible for driving revenue growth by generating demand, converting pipelines, and ensuring a seamless buying experience for our customers, and partners.

  • Developing and executing sales and marketing strategies aligned with company OKRs.

  • Removing friction in the buying process to accelerate deal velocity.

  • Building and maintaining a predictable, scalable revenue engine.

  • Strengthening market positioning through brand, messaging, and social proof.

  • Optimising the full customer acquisition journey from awareness to closed-won.

Cadence:

  • Weekly Sales & Marketing team meetings focused on pipeline growth, conversion rates, and overall sales and marketing metrics.

  • MOS IDS meeting every other Thursday to resolve cross-functional issues.
