Core Team

The Core team consists of the senior leadership team and exists to coordinate strategy and execution across the business. The Core Team is the most functional team, which is often a challenge.

Mandate:

• The Core team is responsible for the successful coordination of the running of the company.

• Solving cross-functional issues using the Wednesday IDS meeting.

• Agreeing and achieving the company level OKRs.

• Producing the monthly Board report delivered to the Board.

Cadence:

We meet for a MOS IDS meeting every Wednesday where we focus on cross-functional issues.
