Delivery Team

The delivery team is powerhouse of technical people focused on the delivery, maintenance, and support of the Mindset.ai platform and associated products.

Mandate:

To build, maintain, improve, and support the use of the Mindset.ai platform and associated products in support of our strategic and tactical Product goals, and Customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ownership of the SDLC from Development planning through to delivery to production.

• Ownership of all technical resources, including: Code bases, Cloud platforms, systems and tools required to manage and maintain the platform, Cost management.

• Maintaining and improving product quality, security, performance, and stability of all products though excellence of delivery, constant refinement, and close collaboration with other Teams.

• Supporting the full business as technical and product experts.

Cadence:

• Daily Stand-ups focused on a squad or epic basis

• Regular retrospectives

• Ad-hoc alignment with Product and Design teams on an Epic basis
