The Core team is responsible for the successful coordination of the running of the company.
Solving cross-functional issues using the Wednesday IDS meeting.
Agreeing and achieving the company level OKRs.
Producing the monthly Board report delivered to the Board.

We meet for a MOS IDS meeting every Wednesday where we focus on cross-functional issues.
