Mandate:

• Responsible for turning company strategy into technology which achieves measurable outcomes

• To obsess, understand and solve customer needs, wants and problems

• To provide clarity to your customers (both internal and external) on when a thing we have committed to building will be delivered - with simple to understand plans

• Get products to market that people want and are excited by

• Have a bias for action, insist on producing quality work and love making things simpler

Cadence:

• We meet for a MOS IDS meeting every other Wednesday where we focus on internal and external issues.

• We meet every Monday for roadmap planning & candidates discussions

• We meet every Monday morning for keeping track of the current releases delivery progress
