Caroline Stewardson - Customer Success Executive
I’m naturally inquisitive and enjoy understanding how a product creates real value and impact for customers. I live on the south coast (with my husband and daughter) where I enjoy spending time in the countryside and swimming in the sea (in the spring / summer, I’ll leave cold water swimming to the brave!). Being outdoors helps me reset and bring renewed energy into my work environment.
Roles
Team Member of the Customer Success Team
Personal Values
Inquisitive – I love asking questions, exploring challenges and expanding my knowledge to improve both my work and the customer experience.
Dependable – I take pride in being someone others can rely on. When I commit to something, I see it through.
Empathy – Customer success is about people first. I take time to listen, understand the customers needs and ensure that every decision is rooted in what’s in their best interests.
Diligence – I believe that success is often in the details. I take a thorough, thoughtful approach, ensuring that customers always receive a high level of service and support.
Achilles heels
Detail-Oriented to a Fault - I enjoy getting into the details, occasionally too much. I’m learning to appreciate that a broader approach can often be more effective.
Perfectionism – I set high standards for myself, which drives quality, but it can sometimes slow me down when “good enough” would be the better option.
How to get the best out of me
Encourage my inquisitiveness – I thrive when I can explore, ask questions, and develop a deep understanding of the product and customer needs.
Be open and direct – I appreciate transparency, clear communication, and a shared commitment to solving problems.
