How to get the best out of me
Feedback - I genuinely love and appreciate feedback, both negative and positive. My goal is to become the best Salesperson out there. I like to discuss feedback and understand what outcomes doing stuff differently would have driven. If I understand it and agree, I will implement.
Coaching - I read books on sales, watch videos on sales and spend time on courses - Any aspect of coaching or training that can improve my abilities as a Salesperson will only result in positive outcomes.
If you say you'll do something - do it. I expect to be held to the same standards but nothing frustrates me more than waiting on something to be done that either impacts my role or impacts a deal - I won't ask for something that isn't driving revenue for the business in one shape or another.
I am shamelessly money motivated - Incentives to make more money will drive me harder than anything eg. Annual Payment for deals at a higher percentage.
Hear me out the same way I will you - I am on the majority of sales calls and have a very good idea of our customers, their needs, their problems and the market in general - I wouldn't voice it if I didn't think it was worth voicing!
Set Clear expectations - If I'm given a task and I understand what is needed of me, I will do it to the best of my abilities.
