Amil Chaturvedi - Customer Support Representative

Last updated 1 month ago

A purpose-driven and curious individual with a passion for solving problems and making meaningful connections. I enjoy diving deep into processes, identifying what makes them tick, and crafting thoughtful solutions that bring clarity and impact. When I’m not working, you’ll find me in the gym as well as watching movies.

Personal Values

  • Integrity – I believe in showing up with honesty and consistency—whether I’m engaging with stakeholders, driving a project, or supporting a teammate. It’s not just about doing things right, but doing the right things.

  • Empathy – Understanding others—where they come from, how they think, and what they need—is central to how I work. Empathy fuels my communication, teamwork, and the way I design solutions.

  • Growth – I’m constantly evolving—learning new tools, exploring new perspectives, and challenging myself to step out of my comfort zone. If I’m not learning, I’m not living fully.

Achilles Heels

  • Perfectionism – I care deeply about quality and sometimes push myself a little too hard in pursuit of excellence. I’m learning to balance ‘done’ and ‘perfect,’ and trust that progress often beats perfection.

  • Overthinking feedback – While I value feedback immensely, I sometimes hesitate to share it unless it’s perfectly phrased. I’m working on embracing more candid conversations and trusting the intention behind them.

How to get the best out of me

  • Give me the “why” – I do my best work when I understand the bigger picture. Knowing the “why” behind a task or goal sparks my creativity and commitment.

  • Trust me with autonomy – I love ownership. I enjoy solving problems independently, and once I have the context, I’ll take the lead and run with it—looping in the team when it matters most.

  • Encourage curiosity – Whether it’s a new workflow, a process gap, or a fresh idea—I appreciate space to explore, question, and learn. Collaboration thrives when curiosity is welcomed.
