Mandate: The Sales & Marketing team is responsible for driving revenue growth by generating demand, converting pipelines, and ensuring a seamless buying experience for our customers, and partners.
Developing and executing sales and marketing strategies aligned with company OKRs.
Removing friction in the buying process to accelerate deal velocity.
Building and maintaining a predictable, scalable revenue engine.
Strengthening market positioning through brand, messaging, and social proof.
Optimising the full customer acquisition journey from awareness to closed-won.
Cadence:
Weekly Sales & Marketing team meetings focused on pipeline growth, conversion rates, and overall sales and marketing metrics.
MOS IDS meeting every other Thursday to resolve cross-functional issues.
