Mandate:
Design at Mindset supports all touchpoints of the customer's experience - from our website & marketing through to our product experience.
The product experience – We design buildable user experiences that are delightful and valuable for our customer base.
Support the full brand experience – Support the sales and marketing teams to ensure a seamless, brand experience across all touchpoints.
Move fast, think strategically, iterate often – We balance user needs with business impact, working closely with product, engineering, and success teams to deliver what users need. We move fast, iterate often, and always keep people at the heart of what we do.
Cadence:
The design team meets at least twice a week for structured Design reviews. We also attend Product MOS sessions every 2 weeks to identify, discuss, and resolve issues across the product space and daily standups with the Delivery team.
