Mandate:

Ensure efficient and effective business operations by optimizing processes, maintaining quality standards, and supporting strategic initiatives. This includes Operations, Finance, HR & InfoSec.

Key Responsibilities:

• Compliance and risk management

• Technology and infrastructure support

• Employee relations and engagement

• Cost control and expense management

• Security management

Cadence:

We meet for a MOS IDS meeting once a month on a Friday where we focus on internal and external issues.
