Delivery Team

The delivery team is powerhouse of technical people focused on the delivery, maintenance, and support of the Mindset.ai platform and associated products.

Mandate:

To build, maintain, improve, and support the use of the Mindset.ai platform and associated products in support of our strategic and tactical Product goals, Customer development requirements and issues, and our own technical requirements and defined metrics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ownership and definition of the high level SDLC from end to end.

    • Ownership and definition of detailed process and requirements from development planning though to deployment.

    • Ownership and maintenance of ticket tracking systems and processes to maintain, use, and report on progress of items through the SDLC.

  • Through sub teams, Ownership of all technical resources, including: Code bases, Cloud platforms, databases and data structures, systems and tools required to manage and maintain the platform, including Cost management, security, entitlement, performance, reliability and scalability.

    • Maintaining defined owner Teams or Individuals for all platform components and associated metrics

  • Maintaining and improving product quality, security, performance, and stability of all products though excellence of delivery, constant process and product refinement, and close collaboration with other Teams.

    • Ownership of all development practices and processes required to plan, implement, test, deploy, and document any aspect of the platform.

  • Supporting Product and Design functions during the Ideation and Discovery processes for any and all epics to ensure aligned technical expectations and implementation plans through the SDLC.

  • Supporting the wider business with the release management process ensuring

  • Supporting the full business as technical and product experts.

Cadence:

  • Every 2 weeks for IDS and Retro

  • Adhoc as required for process alignment and implementation

OKR's:

  • Platform uptime at 99.99%, excluding notified downtime for deployment or maintenance.

  • Agent response time when consisting of Agentic Director, RAG or Find enrichment, and agent response, measured by TTFT of the Agent Response LLM from user query of below 7 seconds.

  • Delivery and tracking of API gateway to within agreed metrics (TBD)

  • Platform costs covering full platform infrastructure to be maintained below £TBD per month
