As a Senior Designer, I bring a multi-disciplinary approach to creative problem-solving, with expertise across 3D and 2D motion, digital, print, and web design. I thrive on blending technical skill with creative vision to deliver engaging and impactful design solutions across diverse platforms.

Personal Values

  • Trust - For me, trust is at the heart of good relationships. I like to build it by being consistent, reliable, and following through on what I say I’ll do. When there’s trust, people feel comfortable sharing ideas and working together in a genuine way.

  • Honesty - I believe in being open and upfront. Even when the truth is tough, honesty helps build stronger connections and keeps everyone on the same page. Being real and transparent is how I try to create respect and understanding in everything I do.

  • Kindness - Kindness is a big part of how I try to show up every day. It’s about treating people with empathy and respect, and creating a positive space where everyone feels supported. A little kindness goes a long way in making work and life better for everyone!

Achilles Heel

  • Tunnel vision - When I get really into a project, I can sometimes lose track of the bigger picture. I care deeply about the details, which means I can become fully absorbed in one area. I’m learning to step back more often to keep balance and perspective.

  • Perfectionism - I hold myself to very high standards, which can be both a strength and a challenge. At times, I can spend too long fine-tuning details because I want the work to be just right. I’m working on recognizing when “good” is already great.

  • Holding back work - I don’t like to share work before I feel happy with it, which means I sometimes wait longer than I should to show progress. While this ensures quality, I’m learning to open up my process earlier so others can give feedback and feel part of the journey.

How to get the best out of me

  • Clear and concise briefs - I do my best work when the goals are clear from the start. A focused brief helps me understand what’s needed, and it’s also part of my role to help refine and shape that clarity. With a strong direction, I can move fast and deliver work that hits the mark.

  • Openness to ideas - I value working with people who are open to exploring different approaches. I love bringing creative options to the table, and open dialogue helps spark better solutions. The more we can share and build on ideas together, the stronger the end result will be.

  • Autonomy and trust - I thrive when I’m given the space to own my work. Having the trust to explore, experiment, and push things forward allows me to bring out my best thinking and creativity. With autonomy, I can focus on delivering thoughtful, high-quality work.
