I’m super outgoing and always up for a challenge — whether that’s throwing heavy weights around or seeing who can solve a sudoku the fastest. I’ve recently become a bit of a dab hand at gardening and have spent a small fortune turning my back garden into a mini allotment! I also love to travel. Last year, I explored India, Thailand, and Vietnam with my partner, Liv!

Dependability – I’m someone you can always count on. It's a core value for me; if my friends or family need me, I show up — no questions asked.
Continuous Growth – I love learning, meeting new people, exploring different cultures, and being outside my comfort zone. If I’m not learning, I feel like I’m not living (cliché, but true!).
Gratitude – I carry a strong sense of appreciation for life and all the wonderful opportunities that have been and are yet to be.
Empowerment – I get so much from seeing others do things they didn’t think they could, and being the one to cheer them on. I feel lucky to be surrounded by people who empower me, and I try to pass that on in return.
(Still a work in progress — but I’m self-aware and open to feedback!)
Being blunt – I’m working on this! I naturally speak directly and don’t like skirting around things. While it helps with clarity, I know it can come across as a bit too much sometimes.
Feeling restricted – I work best when given the freedom to figure things out. When I’m told what to do and how to do it, it can feel like there’s a lack of trust — and I thrive most when trusted!
Binary thinking – If I’m not aiming to be the best, I sometimes question why I’m trying at all. I know that’s not always helpful, and I actively challenge myself to embrace progress over perfection. Definitely a work in progress!
Give me a deadline – This helps me prioritise and plan. If I say it’ll be done, it will be — usually with time to spare!
Let me into the bigger picture – Understanding the why behind the work gives me a deeper sense of motivation and connection to what I’m doing.
Call me out when needed – If you notice I’m becoming overcritical or missing a perspective, feel free to pull me up on it. I don’t take it personally — sometimes I just need someone to help me “come up for air.” Once I do, I’m back with fresh focus. 🙂
