Petrica Iancu - Customer Success Executive

Last updated 10 days ago

I’m a naturally curious and customer-obsessed individual who thrives at the intersection of people, process, and product. With experience spanning tech, SaaS, legal, telecoms, and fintech industries, I’ve built a reputation for developing strong relationships, solving problems proactively, and helping customers realise value—fast. My personal motto is “Good enough isn’t,” and that mindset drives me to go beyond surface-level solutions and deliver work that truly makes a difference. Outside of work, I’m spending most of my time with my family, playing games and creating mind-blowing fact content. Based in Grays, Essex, I’m always chasing new adventures—whether that’s professionally or while travelling.

Personal Values

  • Dependability – I take pride in being someone people can rely on. Whether it’s following through on a task, showing up prepared, or being a sounding board, consistency is at the heart of how I operate. Dependability builds trust, and trust builds great teams and relationships.

  • Empathy – I listen deeply, both to customers and colleagues. To me, empathy isn’t just being kind—it’s understanding people’s needs even when they can’t fully articulate them. That’s what enables me to deliver thoughtful, human-centred experiences.

  • Growth mindset – I don’t believe in being static. I see every challenge as a chance to learn something new and get better—because “good enough” just isn’t. Whether it’s taking feedback or exploring new tools and methods, I’m always looking for that next 1%.

Achilles heels

  • Perfectionism – I hold myself to high standards and sometimes overwork to meet them. I’m learning that progress matters more than perfection—but I’ll always care about the details.

  • Trusting too cautiously – I take time to let my guard down, but once trust is built, I’m fully committed. I value deep connections—I just don’t rush into them.

  • Spontaneity – I thrive on structure and preparation. Put me on the spot and I may stumble, but give me a little space to think, and I’ll deliver something meaningful.

How to get the best out of me

  • Let me own it – I do my best work when I’m trusted to take initiative. Clear direction and autonomy go a long way. I don’t need to be micromanaged—I need the space to solve, improve, and grow.

  • Make it meaningful – I’m driven by purpose. When I know how my work impacts the bigger picture, I’m deeply invested.

  • Let me learn by doing – I retain knowledge best through real-life application. Give me a challenge, and I’ll find a way—because learning in the moment is where I thrive.
