I am a reliable and detail-oriented individual with a conscientious approach to everything I do. I love learning about life, people, and cultures in general. When I am AFK, you'll mostly find me with my cats Brown and Snowy, and their kitten, Sugar – my bundle of Joy!

Personal Values

  • Resilience - When life gives me lemons – I plant, nurture, and harvest them before selling a full basket – all while sipping my lemonade. In the face of adversity, I always find myself bouncing back and delivering what I was entrusted with.

  • Introspection - It is important for me to contemplate and be aware of my pluses and minuses every now and then. This helps me learn, unlearn, and relearn to live authentically. I end up working with people having a similar MINDSET ,and then the magic happens :)

  • Optimism - Somehow, I always manage to spot a ray of light! This keeps me motivated and helps me navigate challenges with clarity, even under the darkest clouds.

Achilles heels

  • Meticulousness - I dive deep into the details and take my time to plan and execute things to the best of my ability. My drive for excellence stems from my desire to live without regrets and being content about doing my best - Every. Single. Time.

  • Finding flaws - While I truly believe there's always room for improvement, sometimes I struggle to balance optimism with constructive critique, because of which I occasionally find myself at a loss for words while providing feedback.

How to get the best out of me

  • Say No to Micromanagement – I thrive when I am given the freedom to handle things by myself. I love brainstorming and experimenting with new ideas before seeking input from peers. This process fuels my creativity and productivity.

  • Share the story - Work becomes truly engaging when I understand the bigger picture. Knowing the purpose and impact behind a task ignites my curiosity and excitement, pushing me to go the extra mile.
