Rhea Arora - Technical Product Marketing Manager

Curious by nature and ambitious by design, I’ve taken a scenic route through the tech world. Armed with a software engineering degree, I dabbled in growth, sales, digital marketing, and product marketing - all in pursuit of figuring out what I truly love. Turns out, it’s the magic of building great products with small, nimble teams where I get to wear many hats (and occasionally switch them mid-meeting). I thrive in environments where no two days are the same, and where my to-do list has sub-lists.

Outside of work, I’m a food lover with a sweet tooth so fierce it needs to be tamed at the gym (it’s all about balance :) ). I’m a devoted fiction reader - reality has enough plot twists - and a huge dog enthusiast.

Roles

Team Member of the Product team.

Personal Values

  • Work Ethic: I take pride in delivering work that meets (and ideally exceeds) expectations. Mediocre is my least favourite word.

  • Curiosity: I’m full of questions - not because I like quizzes, but because I learn best through people and dialogue.

  • Organisation: I find comfort in endless lists and structure.

Achilles heels

  • Stress - If things go off-plan, I tend to spiral. (Yes, I’m the person with a backup plan for the backup plan.) I’m learning to embrace the unexpected - deep breaths and all.

How to get the best out of me

  • Be open and honest with your feedback - I truly welcome it and want to grow from it.
