Values

Mindset company values explained

We take our values seriously. They’re not just words crafted by marketing to look good, nor are they the kind of vague principles companies brainstorm at an off-site and then forget about.

Our values are the core characteristics that define us. If you align with them, you’ll thrive here. If you don’t, this probably isn’t the right place for you—and that’s okay. That might sound blunt, but it’s the truth.

As we evolve, so do our values. Each year, we revisit them to ensure they still reflect who we are. If they need to change, everyone in the company will be involved—because updating our values means updating the social contract that binds us together.

Here are our shared values:

Dependable

We take ownership, stay organised, and don’t let others down - we always do what we say we’ll do and speak up early if something’s not going to plan.

Passionate

We're proud of our work, passionate about our mission, and driven to help our customers and each other succeed - always learning, improving, and looking for better ways to do things.

Collaborative Autonomy

We're trusted to make decisions and know when to work independently or collaboratively, keeping others in the loop and removing bottlenecks to keep momentum across the team.

No bullshit

We’re clear and honest, open with our views, and willing to ask hard questions and challenge with respect - aiming for transparency, not ego or excuses.

Do these values fit with you?

Everyone has their own personal values, and they won’t always match ours exactly. But to thrive at Mindset AI, your core beliefs need to align with our value system.

If you read this and think, "This doesn’t sound like me at all," then Mindset AI might not be the right fit—and that’s okay. We say this with complete sincerity, not harshness. Our goal is to build a diverse team where the only common factor is a shared commitment to these values.

These values aren’t just words—they guide how we hire, how we work, and how we grow.

But if you’re reading this and thinking, "Wow, this is exactly how I think!"—then welcome. You’re in the right place.
