1:1 Meeting Structure
This document outlines the structure for 1:1 calls between you and your team lead.
Regular check-ins are important to assess what is going well and what can be improved. We are all busy, but it is important to make time to get into the weeds in a 1:1 and be honest and transparent with each other.
Monthly:
1) Previous Month Successes/Challenges?
2) Success in the next 30 days?
3) 3 step feedback (positive and constructive)
Identify the specific action, behavior, event, or process.
Describe the impact of the action.
Set the expectations for future action, behavior, events, or processes.
