Eco-system for Agent Builders: Mindset will provide templates and a marketplace for publishing agents, workflows and tools for others to use.

Natural Language & Simple: There are many approaches to creating agents. Mindset will make creating agents, workflows and any future technology simple. Just like collaborating on a google doc or notion.

Belief & Assumptions 1: Verticalization of Technology will require Agentic platforms to help them transition
The world goes through cycles of bundling and unbundling. We saw this with media- from DVDs (unbundled) to Netflix (bundle) and now there is HBO Max, Amazon Prime, SkyGo, Disney and more (unbundle).
Right now, every company is becoming a chatbot, powered by Agentic technology.
A decade ago, the shift from boxed software to Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) brought about thousands of specialized tools designed for specific business needs like payroll, email marketing, and customer support. These tools thrived because they focused on solving specific problems and understood the details of their target industries.
Today, we’re seeing a new transformation. Entire business processes can be managed by AI agents, replacing the need for multiple isolated systems. If you want to run a campaign targeting prospects and customers, you would use your CRM, marketing software, scheduling software and more.
In the future; that can be all done via a single conversation. We call this the verticalization of SaaS use-cases. Agents will be able to:
Read your back-end data.
Generate the exact user interface you need.
And give you the answer, take an action, collaborate with other specialised agents or engage with other systems agents
So will we really need massive, expensive ERP or CRM systems anymore?
Belief & Assumptions 2: The importance of technical teams and domain experts collaborating
AI development is at a critical juncture. Current tools force an impossible choice:
Use point AI solutions that lead you to having 100’s of different tools
Low code workflow builder solutions that are overly complex and built for previous era’s which often fail when anything changes (horrible workflow RPA’s) or can only be used by technical teams
Code heavy approaches that slow down innovation, excluding domain experts (who know what good and bad output looks like) from their input.
AI development needs a ground-up reimagining. If prompting is the new programming, what should the tools look like?
Mindset is building an interface thats fit for the Agentic era, which enables non-technical and technical teams to collaborate.
Belief & Assumptions 3: Companies will build, buy, customise and use multiple agent frameworks, systems and platforms.
AI is a commodity. Every single company will have it. Every single person will use it. Just like SaaS, there will be a huge number of options. We are not here to stop a company using any other systems, we are here to provide flexibility and openness.
Mindset Agentic workflows will be API first, enabling you to integrate them into any other agent technology.

Belief & Assumptions 4: Every job, task, process will be AI enabled. We will see the rise of the 10x employees & a world of abundance.
There are many sci-fi stories that paint a picture of dystopia. There are also many that provide the opposite view of the future.
We believe in the latter. A world of abundance is possible with AI. In many ways, the most financially average person in our modern society experiences daily luxuries that history’s Pharaohs and Caesars could not imagine: instant communication, broadcast television, global travel, antibiotics. AI could lead to mass unemployment, or it could 10x the output of everyone;
10x recruiters won’t just use generative AI to help write emails to candidates or summarise interviews. They will coordinate a suite of AI tools to efficiently identify and carry out research on a large set of candidates
10x analysts won’t just use generative AI to edit their reports. They might write code to orchestrate a suite of AI agents to do deep research into the products, markets, and companies
However, many companies today will focus on cutting costs by cutting people. They are wrong. If they can think differently, they will produce 10x more and make themselves 10x more valuable.
