I am a driven and entrepreneurial individual with a passion for improving myself and those around me. Going above and beyond for those in the workplace and in my personal life. Outside of work I enjoy spending time with friends & family (primarily for the dogs) and of course travelling around the world (Japan most recently!). Always looking for a challenge and always up for a debate.

Personal Values

  • Growth - I constantly search for opportunities for self-improvement and learning whether that be through mistakes made or victories gained. Each obstacle in life is a lesson and I try to look at it from all angles.

  • Honesty - I strongly believe in honesty whether that be for the best or the worst. Being true to myself and others around me allowing for trust worthy communications and acknowledging strengths & flaws.

  • Communication - This is a big one for me. No matter how good you are at something, if you are unable to communicate efficiently and effectively you’ll struggle. I speak from the heart and try cutting through mixed communication.

Achilles Heels

  • Trust - Although could be seen as a positive, I trust first then wait for something to prove me wrong. A strength when it comes to being a people pleaser but a weakness when it comes to challenges and getting rejection from thinking good about a situation or individual.

  • Overthinking - I look too granular at situations or conversations to see if there are any hidden meanings. I attempt to find several angles to a situation and will think about it for a while causing me to not listen to my gut.

  • Focus - I procrastinate and try multi-tasking meaning that I struggle staying focused. To overcome this, I plan with a to-do list and block out my calendar. I like to juggle but making sure I am focused at the relevant time for specific tasks is key.

How to get the best out of me

  • Challenges - I love a challenge and love putting my mind to a target to help me stay in the lane and overachieve. The target is the minimum!

  • Be open - I am always open to collaborate/discuss/debate around strategies, methods and anything alike! It’s the best way to learn and breaks down barriers.

  • Inclusion - Moving into a start-up I look forward to the inclusion and the family feel. To have team get togethers and learn me outside of the office is key to understanding me at work!
